摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种恶性度很高且预后很差的消化系统肿瘤,其最常见的转移部位是肝、腹膜、淋巴结、肺,转移到胃在临床实践中较为罕见。本文报道了1例胰腺癌转移到胃的病例,以增强临床医师对胰腺癌转移的认识,减少其漏诊及误诊的发生。Pancreatic cancer is a kind of digestive system tumor with high malignancy and poor prognosis.The most common metastatic sites are liver,peritoneum,lymph nodes,and lung.Metastasis to stomach is rare in clinical practice.This paper reports a case of pancreatic cancer metastasizing to stomach,to enhance clinicians'understanding of pancreatic cancer metastasis and reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
