摘　　要：目的探讨颅内孤立性纤维性肿瘤/血管外皮细胞瘤(SFT/HPC)的临床特点以及诊疗方式。方法回顾性分析7例颅内SFT/HPC患者的临床资料。7例均行手术切除,术后辅以放疗。术后对患者进行随访。结果6例肿瘤全切除,1例次全切除。术后门诊或电话随访7例患者,随访时间为6~80个月,平均22个月,均未见肿瘤复发。结论颅内SFT/HPC是一种罕见的中枢系统肿瘤,具有侵袭性、高复发率、颅外转移等特点,治疗以手术为主,术后辅以化疗,且需要对患者进行长期随访。Objective To investigate clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of intracranial solitary fibrous tumor/hemangiopericytoma(SFT/HPC).Methods Cinical data of 7 patients with intracranial SFT/HPC were analyzed retrospectively.All 7 cases were treated with surgical resection and postoperative radiotherapy.Patients were followed up postoperatively.Results Total removal of tumor was achieved in 6 cases and subtotal removal in 1 case.7 patients were followed up by clinic or telephone for 6-80 months(average 22 months)after operation,and no tumor recurrence was found.Conclusion Intracranial SFT/Hemangiopericytoma is a rare central nervous system tumor with the characteristics of invasiveness,high recurrence rate and extracranial metastasis.Surgery is the main treatment,and postoperative chemotherapy is supplementary.Patients need long-term follow-up.
