摘 要:在已有的DCS控制系统基础上,开发模型预测控制技术,在线实时数据采集并进行模型预测运算,通过温度传感器导出过程信息,整定PID参数,降低已有或未知扰动所带来的工艺参数震荡幅度并减缓震荡周期,提高玻璃熔制工艺稳定性及玻璃液质量。研究表明,通过在高强玻璃纤维池窑增加APC控制系统,池窑熔化池空间温度波动降低85%以上,成形区温度波动降低40%以上,池窑液面波动降低35%以上。Based on the existing DCS control system,the model predictive control technology,including on-line real-time data acquisition and model predictive operation,process information deriving through temperature sensors and PID parameters setting,was developed in order to reduce the process vibration amplitude caused by the existing or unknown disturbance and reduce the vibration cycle,improve the glass melting process stability and liquid glass quality.The results showed that by adding APC control system in the high-strength fiberglass furnace,the temperature fluctuation in the melting space was reduced by more than 85%,the temperature fluctuation in the forming area was reduced by more than 40%,and the molten glass level fluctuation in the tank was reduced by more than 35%.
