摘 要:中国社会进入快速发展通道,“后生快发”的中国社会工作随之出现了本土实际与外来经验的“两层皮”现象。社会工作教育本身发展的不平衡进一步引发了教育降维,致使实践教学出现诸多“割裂”现象,迫使社会工作教育转型。鞍山师范学院社会工作专业在“通才教育”基础上,充分整合地缘发展、教育类型等资源优势,在学校场域内形成问题导向、学生中心、教师结点、感—悟—行—建的实践教学模式,社会工作特色化教育为“通才教育”和“专才教育”融合发展提供了实践模型。Chinese society has entered the channel of rapid development,and the Chinese social work of“young students and rapid development”has appeared the phenomenon of“two layers of skin”between local reality and foreign experience.The imbalance in the development of social work education itself has further led to the dimensionality reduction of education,resulting in many“fragmentation”phenomena in the process of practical teaching,forcing the transformation of social work education.On the basis of“generalist education”,the social work major of Anshan Normal University fully integrates the resource advantages such as geographical development and education types,and forms a practical teaching mode of problem orientation,student center,teacher fulcrum and sense understanding action construction in the school field,which provides a practical model for the integrated development of“generalist education”and“professional education”and the characteristic education of social work.
