摘 要:云南师范教育已逾120余年,历经了晚清的萌生、民国的发展、新中国的整顿和新世纪的转型四个典型时期,主要取得了四大方面的发展成就:一是专业化取向的教师教育目标更加明确;二是开放化趋向的教师教育体系初步成型;三是一体化走向的教师教育模式逐渐凸显;四是规范化导向的教师教育标准全面构建。站在新时代的历史起点上,云南师范教育只有本着构建现代教师教育体系的发展理念、坚守育人本位的价值导向,树立质量优先的目标追求,紧抓数字化转型的时代机遇,才能够实现高质量跨越式发展。Yunnan normal education has been in existent for over 120 years and has gone through four typical periods:the emergence in the late Qing Dynasty,the development in the Republic of China,the rectification in New China,and the transformation in the new century.The education has mainly achieved four major development achievements:the goal of professionalized teacher education being more clear,the initial formation of an open teacher education system,the integrated teacher education model gradually becoming prominent,and the comprehensive construction of standardized teacher education standards.Standing at the historical starting point of the new era,Yunnan normal education can only achieve high-quality leapfrog development by adhering to the development concept of building a modern teacher education system,adhering to the value orientation of educating people,establishing the goal of prioritizing quality,and seizing the opportunities of digital transformation.
