摘　　要：高校校史文化对大学发展具有不可替代的重要作用,它传承了大学精神的品质和文化特质。北京联合大学历经45年的办学历史,凝练出独特的精神品质。新时代,学校将“文化润校”提升到战略发展高度,坚持以人民为中心的核心价值,落实立德树人根本任务,实践高质量内涵式发展道路,厚积校园文化,涵养大学精神,以文化人、以德润心,为高水平应用型大学建设提供强大动力。The history and culture of universities play an irreplaceable and important role in the development of universities,as they inherit the spiritual qualities and cultural characteristics of universities.Beijing Union University boasts a history of 45 years in running the university,and has condensed its unique spiritual qualities.In the new era,the university puts“nourishing university with culture”to a strategic development height,adheres to the core value of putting people at the center,implements the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,practices a high-quality connotative development path,accumulates campus culture,cultivates university spirit,and nourishes the heart with culture and morality,in order to provide strong impetus for the construction of high-level application-oriented universities.
