基于“三螺旋”模型的地方应用型高校产教融合建设现状及对策研究——以北京联合大学为例

摘　　要：地方应用型高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,产教融合是这些高校在发展过程中需要紧紧抓住的“指挥棒”。为研究地方应用型高校产教融合建设现状,以京津冀经济带中的应用型高校北京联合大学为例,基于“三螺旋”模型进行问卷调查,数据显示,学校的产教融合建设处于上升阶段。目前,地方应用型高校产教融合面临的主要问题是产教融合的人才循环有待提升,地方政府的扶持力度有待加大。为进一步推进地方应用型高校产教融合,提出3条建议:首先,构建具有地方特色的产教融合制度与政策;其次,多方位构建产教融合利益共同体;最后,打造具有区域特色的本科办学模式。Local applied universities are an important component of higher education in China,and the integration of industry and education is considered as the“baton”.To study the current situation of the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented universities,taking Beijing Union University,an applied university in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban economic belt,as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the“three helix”model.The data shows that the integration of industry and education at Beijing Union University is in an upward stage,but there are still some challenges.The current problems faced by the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented universities are that the talent cycle of industry and education integration needs to be improved,and the support of local governments needs to be strengthened.In response to these challenges,three countermeasures have been proposed:firstly,formulate a system and policy for industry and education integration with local characteristics;secondly,build a community of interests for the integration of industry and education in multiple aspects;finally,create a undergraduate education model with regional characteristics.
