摘　　要：本研究以福建卫生职业技术学院为例,通过对教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和实践环节的合理设计,以及教学评估的有效实施,旨在探讨一种阶梯式培养模式,以提高检验专业学生的专业能力和实践能力,全方位培育适应医学检验高速发展要求的高素质技能型人才。This study takes Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College as an example,and through the reasonable design of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and practical links,as well as the effective implementation of teaching evaluation,aims to explore a ladder based training mode to improve the professional and practical abilities of laboratory students,and comprehensively cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet the requirements of the rapid development of medical laboratory science.
