社区流动儿童免疫规划管理模式效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析社区流动儿童免疫规划管理模式实施效果。方法对2019年1月—2022年12月梁山县疾病预防控制中心从事社区流动儿童免疫接种工作的医护人员进行研究,2019年1月—2021年6月实施常规管理的30名医护人员为对照组,2021年7月—2022年12月实施免疫规划管理的30名医护人员为研究组。比较两组管理质量、制度执行情况以及家长预防接种知识掌握情况、满意度。结果与对照组比较,研究组医护人员管理质量、制度执行情况分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组家长预防接种知识掌握率及满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区流动儿童免疫规划管理模式实施效果更佳,能够明显提高医护人员管理质量,改善制度执行情况,提高家长预防接种知识掌握率及满意度。Objective To study and analyze the implementation effect of the immunization program management model for migrant children in the community.Methods A total of 60 medical workers engaged in immunization of migrant children in Liangshan County from January 2019 to December 2022 were studied and divided into two groups according to the time.30 medical workers under routine management from January 2019 to June 2021 were the control group.From July 2021 to December 2022,30 health care workers who implemented immunization program management were the study group.The two groups were compared in terms of management quality,system implementation,parents'knowledge of vaccination and satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of management quality and system implementation of medical staff in the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the parents in the research group had higher knowledge and satisfaction rate of vaccination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the immunization program management model for migrant children in the community is more effective,which can significantly improve the management quality of medical staff,improve the implementation of the system,and increase the rate of parents'vaccination knowledge and satisfaction.
