摘 要:目的评估基于案例教学的循证医学带教模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月苏州大学附属第三医院的68名本科实习生为研究对象,分组以不同班级为分组,观察组29名,对照组39名。对照组行常规带教,观察组行基于案例教学的循证医学带教模式。对比组间带教前后成绩分值、职业素养分值、学习能力及带教满意度情况。结果带教后,观察组的实习生在理论知识、循证检索能力、案例分析的分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的实习生知识点讲解、证据提取、解剖病理、学术研究质量分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的实习生积极性、创新能力、问题分析、沟通交流、团队意识能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的带教满意度(96.55%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学带教中实施基于案例教学的循证医学带教模式效果显著,能够有效提升实习生成绩、职业素养及带教满意度水平,培养实习生职业能力。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the evidence-based medicine teaching model based on case teaching.Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,68 undergraduate interns from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were selected as the research objects.The groups were divided into different classes,29 in the observation group and 39 in the control group.The control group received routine teaching,and the observation group received evidence-based medicine teaching mode based on case teaching.The scores of performance,professional quality,learning ability and teaching satisfaction before and after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the scores of interns in the observation group in theoretical knowledge,inquiry retrieval ability and case analysis were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge point explanation,evidence extraction,anatomy and pathology,and academic research quality of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The enthusiasm,innovation ability,problem analysis,communication and team consciousness of interns in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the evidencebased medical teaching model based on case teaching in clinical medical teaching has significant effects.It can effectively improve the performance,professional quality and teaching satisfaction of interns,and cultivate the professional abilities of interns.
