药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究在医院西药房管理中实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度,对西药房给药出错率、工作效率、药品管理问题调查状况的影响意义。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月山东省平邑县妇幼保健院西药房工作人员10名(400份西药处方)为研究对象,依据时间段进行划分,纳入对照组的200份西药处方(2020年1月—2021年1月),开展传统西药房管理手段,纳入研究组的200份西药处方(2021年2月—2022年1月),开展药品合理分类及药品监管制度手段。探究不同管理干预办法,分析其应用价值意义,统计纳入不同组别的给药出错率、工作效率与药品管理问题调查状况。结果研究组给药出错率、工作效率、药品管理问题调查状况改善趋势均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院西药房管理中实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度,可显著降低工作人员给药出错率,缩短患者就诊等待时间,提升治疗过程当中整体满意水平。Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in the management of western medicine pharmacies in hospitals on the error rate of drug administration,work efficiency,and investigation of drug management problems in western medicine pharmacies.Methods 10 staff(400 western medicine prescriptions)of Pingyi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital's western pharmacy from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Divided by the time period,200 western medicine prescriptions included in the control group(from January 2020 to January 2021)carried out traditional western medicine pharmacy management methods,and 200 western medicine prescriptions included in the study group(from February 2021 to January 2022)carried out rational drug classification and drug supervision system means.Explored different management intervention methods,analyzed their application value and significance,and counted medication error rate,work efficiency and investigation status of drug management issues in different groups.Results The study group had a better improvement trend in drug administration error rate,work efficiency,and investigation of drug management problems than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a rational drug classification and drug supervision system in the management of western medicine pharmacies in hospitals can significantly reduce the medication error rate of staff in western medicine pharmacies,shorten patients'waiting time for treatment,and improve the overall level of satisfaction during the treatment process.
