摘　　要：随着数字化、智能化时代的到来,传统制造企业所处的环境复杂多样,技术发展日新月异,多主体协作已成为传统制造企业创新发展的不贰选择。为了充分了解多主体协作驱动传统制造企业创新发展的运行机理及影响因素,本文首先通过文献梳理,总结出关于多主体协作驱动传统制造企业创新发展的底层理论逻辑研究较少的研究现状;其次,基于内因、外因两方面系统分析多主体协作动因,研究发现多主体协作能够驱动传统制造企业创新发展;最后,针对现有实践过程中协作效率低下问题,本文从利益分配、数据安全性、生产可靠性、沟通协调能力、风险投资五个维度梳理出多主体协作驱动传统制造企业创新发展的影响因素集,为后续实现多主体协作驱动传统制造企业创新发展奠定了理论分析基础。With the arrival of the digital and intelligent era,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are in a complex and diverse environment,and with the rapid development of technology,multi-entity collaboration has become necessity for traditional manufacturing enterprises to innovate and develop.In order to fully understand the operation mechanism and influencing factors of multi-entity collaboration to drive the innovation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises,this paper firstly summarizes the research status quo of few researches on the underlying theoretical logic of multi-subject collaboration to drive the innovation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises through the literature combing.Secondly,on the basis of the internal and external factors,the motivation of multi-entity collaboration is analyzed systematically,and it is found that multi-entity collaboration can drive the innovation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.Finally,in view of the low efficiency of collaboration in the existing practice,this paper combs out the set of influencing factors of multi-entity collaboration to drive the innovation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises from the five dimensions of benefit distribution,data security,production reliability,communication and coordination ability,and risk investment,which lays a theoretical analysis foundation for the subsequent realization of multi-entity collaboration to drive the innovation and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.
