摘　　要：卡扣装配与焊接生产线主要应用于汽车注塑件辅件装配、超声波焊接等领域,根据生产需求,机器人结合其他自动化设备,搭配超声波焊枪、夹爪等不同治具,配合实现完成塑胶产品辅件装配、超声波焊接等多种功能,设备具备全自动超声波焊接,卡扣安装,同时具备卡扣漏装识别功能,实现多机器人联动等功能。The buckle assembly and welding production line is mainly used in the fields of automotive injection molding accessory assembly,ultrasonic welding,and so on.According to production needs,robots are combined with other automation equipment,combined with different fixtures such as ultrasonic welding guns and grippers,to achieve various functions such as plastic product accessory assembly and ultrasonic welding.The equipment is equipped with fully automatic ultrasonic welding,buckle installation,and functions such as buckle leakage identification and multi robot linkage.
