摘　　要：公立医院作为突发公共卫生事件中应急处置和医疗救治的主体,其应急体系建设和应急能力水平直接关系着应急处置的效果和效率。首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院党委结合应急管理实践,建立了基于韦斯伯德六盒模型的应急管理体系,在新冠病毒疫情防控的应急处置中得到了较好应用。本文介绍了该体系的建设实践,并提出了持续优化的具体建议。As the main body of emergency disposal and medical treatment in public health emergencies,their emergency system construction and emergency capacity level are directly related to the effectiveness and efficiency of emergency response.The party committee of Beijing Ditan Hospital combined with 77 years of emergency management practice,established an emergency management system based on the six-box model,this system has been well applied in the emergency management of COVID-19 pneumonia.At the same time,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions for continuously optimizing the six-box model of the hospital Party committee emergency management system.
