摘 要:为了探究耐高温合成树脂胶粘剂制备过程及应用性能,选取自制聚醚多元醇和乙二醇等原料,通过熔融缩聚合成的方法合成耐高温树脂,混合固化剂、促进剂和不同比例的合成树脂制备得到胶粘剂,并制作实验样品,测试胶粘剂的亲疏水性、凝胶化、黏度、吸水性、拉伸剪切强度和剥离强度性能。碱处理1 h后表面接触角从50.43°、52.35°,直接降低到29.32°、30.17°;在配好的第2天E1、E2、E3、E4可以在170℃条件下实现快速凝胶化,合成树脂含量越高凝胶化时间越短;胶粘剂放置5d后在最高95℃的条件下,胶粘剂黏度最大增加了2.1 Pa·s;合成树脂含量最高的E4拉伸剪切承受力可达7932.21 N,最大形变降低至3.93 mm;浸泡至二乙二醇甲醚溶液90 d后,胶粘剂平均剥离强度降低至165 N/m,剥离强度保留率为84.23%。To explore the preparation process and application performance of high-temperature resistant synthetic resin adhesive,a high tempera-ture resistant resin is synthesized by melt polycondensation with self-made polyether polyol and ethylene glycol as raw materials,then the adhesive is prepared by mixing the curing agent,accelerator and synthetic resin with different proportions,the experimental samples are also prepared.The hy-drophilic and hydrophobic properties,gelling,viscosity,water absorption,tensile shear strength and peel strength of the adhesive are tested.The sur-face contact angle decreases from 50.43°and 52.35°to 29.32°and 30.17°after alkali treatment for 1 h;On the second day after the preparation,E1,E2,E3,E4 can achieve rapid gel at 170℃,and the higher the content of synthetic resin,the shorter the gelation time is;The viscosity of adhesive increases by 2.1 Pa·s at 95℃after 5 d;The tensile shear strength of E4 with the highest synthetic resin content can reach 7932.21 N,and the maximum deformation can reduce to 3.93 mm;After soaking in diethylene glycol methyl ether solution for 90 d,the average peeling strength of the adhesive decreases to 165 N/m,and the peeling strength retention rate is 84.23%.
