摘  要:在总结了矿用虹膜识别系统设计原则的基础上,基于矿井安全开机与身份识别的实际需要,介绍了一种手持式低功耗虹膜识别系统。在虹膜识别系统中,各芯片需要多路不同电压等级电源,所以设计了与系统匹配的电源系统。由于摄像头、红外补光灯和显示屏等耗电高,系统电源均设计成可控电源,待机时随微控制器进入低功耗模式下关闭。软件上采用基于按键唤醒机制的STOP低功耗模式,使得待机状态下系统功耗最小。设计样机待机电流28μA,可正常使用48 h以上。研究成果可以用于实现特定人员安全开启井下设备,避免其他人员非法误操作开机。On the basis of summarizing the design principles of mine iris recognition system,a handheld low-power iris recognition system is introduced based on the actual needs of mine safe start-up and identity recognition.In the iris recognition system,each chip needs multiple power supplies of different voltage levels,so a power supply system that matches the system is designed.Due to the high power consumption of cameras,infrared fill lights,and displays,the system power supply is designed to be a controllable power supply that shuts down when the microcontroller enters a low-power mode during standby.A STOP low-power mode based on a keystroke wake-up mechanism is used in the software to minimize system power consumption in standby.The standby current of the design prototype is 28μA,and it can be used normally for more than 48 h.The research results can be used to realize the safe opening of underground equipment by specific personnel and to avoid illegal operation and start-up by other personnel.
