摘 要:目的观察成釉细胞源性肿瘤对放射治疗的临床敏感性,通过细胞实验研究成釉细胞瘤细胞对放射线敏感的机制。方法收集2012年10月至2020年12月术后复发失去手术指征并经过放射治疗的6例成釉细胞源性肿瘤患者的基本资料和临床信息。以成釉细胞瘤细胞系AM-1为研究对象,相关统计学方法分析AM-1对放疗的敏感性,以及放疗对细胞生物学行为的影响。结果6例成釉细胞源性肿瘤患者接受了放射治疗,男4例,女2例。1例患者达到部分缓解,1例患者达到完全消失,4例患者疾病无进展。放疗对AM-1细胞生长有抑制作用。4 Gy放疗后,细胞凋亡率高于0 Gy组。4 Gy组经辐照后72 h,处于S期的细胞减少(P<0.05),G_(1)、G_(2)/M期的细胞增多(P<0.05)。细胞克隆形成能力也受到抑制。结论放射治疗成釉细胞源性肿瘤具有良好的临床治疗效果,并且在细胞学水平得到进一步证实。Objective To observe the clinical sensitivity of ameloblastogenic tumor to radiotherapy,and to study the mechanism of radiosensitivity of ameloblastoma cells by cell experiments.Methods The basic data and clinical information of 6 patients with ameloblastic tumor who lost surgical indications for postoperative recurrence and underwent radiation therapy from October 2012 to December 2020 were collected.The ameloblastoma cell line AM-1 was used to analyze the sensitivity of AM-1 to radiotherapy and the effect of radiotherapy on the biological behavior of the cells by relevant statistical methods.Results Six patients with ameloblastogenic tumors received radiation therapy,4 males and 2 females.One patient achieved a partial response,one patient achieved complete disappearance,and four patients had no disease progression.Radiotherapy inhibited AM-1 cell growth.After 4 Gy radiotherapy,the apoptosis rate was higher than that in the 0 Gy group.In the 4 Gy group,cells in S phase decreased(P<0.05)and cells in G_(1) and G_(2)/M phases increased(P<0.05)at 72 hours after irradiation.Cell clonogenic ability was also inhibited.Conclusion Radiation therapy for ameloblastogenic tumors has a good clinical therapeutic effect and has been further confirmed at the cytological level.
