摘 要:肝缺血再灌注损伤是影响肝移植和其他肝脏手术患者预后的重要因素,目前仍缺乏有效的防治方法。活化后的巨噬细胞在抗炎和促炎表型间的动态转化是影响病程进展的重要因素。因此,调控肝巨噬细胞功能表型的转化是减轻肝缺血再灌注损伤潜在的治疗策略之一。本文综述了巨噬细胞在肝缺血再灌注中的作用及近年来靶向肝巨噬细胞的治疗方法,并概述其在肝缺血再灌注损伤中发挥的作用及治疗价值。Liver ischemia-reperfusion injury constitutes a formidable challenge following liver transplantation and other liver surgeries.Despite the pressing need for effective treatments,the current landscape remains devoid of satisfactory options.The dynamic transformation of activated hepatic macrophages between anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory phenotypes is a crucial factor influencing disease progression.Regulating the transformation of hepatic macrophage functional phenotype represents a potential therapeutic strategy for mitigating liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.This article critically reviews the role of macrophages in liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and recent therapeutic methods targeting hepatic macrophages.We also explore the therapeutic prospects of these strategies in mitigating liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.
