摘  要:氧气对细胞新陈代谢起着重要作用,器官内部的组织氧分压(PtO_(2))水平反映了器官的功能状态,内脏器官组织缺氧可导致严重的损伤甚至是不可逆的损害。PtO_(2)监测技术提供了对区域组织氧合情况的评估,并且可结合其他指标对器官质量作出评估或者监测病情进展以及指导治疗。PtO_(2)测量技术用于临床器官损伤、疾病评估、器官状况判定的研究较少,若该技术安全可靠将对人体各种疾病的探究、诊断、评估、预后研究与应用发挥重要作用。本文对PtO_(2)测量技术在内脏器官和其他组织的研究应用情况进行综述。Oxygen plays an important role in cell metabolism,the level of tissue partial pressure of oxygen(PtO_(2))in organs reflects the functional state of organs,and hypoxia in visceral organs can lead to serious damage or even irreversible damage.PtO_(2) monitoring technology provides an assessment of regional tissue oxygenation and can be combined with other indicators to assess organ quality or monitor disease progress and guide treatment.PtO_(2) measurement technology is rarely used in clinical organ injury,disease assessment and organ condition determination.If this technology is safe and reliable,it will play an important role in the exploration,diagnosis,evaluation,prognosis research and application of various human diseases.This paper reviews the research and application of PtO_(2) measurement technology in visceral organs and other tissues.
