摘 要:为了解湖南某市辣椒产品质量安全情况,对该市2021年、2022年辣椒种植生产主体采集的403批次新鲜辣椒样品的68种农药残留进行检测分析。结果表明,两年检出农药共30批次,检出率为7.4%,超标样品4批次,合格率为99.0%;超标的农药均为常规农药,未发现禁限用农药检出。本文针对辣椒农药残留整体情况,提出辣椒种植过程中农药残留的预防控制对策,以期为有效降低辣椒农药残留提供参考。In order to understand the quality and safety of pepper products in a certain city of Hunan,68 pesticide residues were detected and analyzed in 403 batches of fresh pepper samples collected by the pepper planting and production entities from 2021 to 2022 in the city.The results showed that a total of 30 batches of pesticides were detected in the past two years,with a detection rate of 7.4%.There were 4 batches of samples that exceeded the standard,with a qualification rate of 99.0%.The pesticides that exceeded the standard were all conventional pesticides,and no prohibited or restricted pesticides were found.In response to the overall situation of pesticide residues in chili peppers,prevention and control measures for pesticide residues during chili pepper cultivation were proposed in this paper,in order to provide reference for effectively reducing pesticide residues in chili peppers.
