蔬菜粉中氯氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯农药残留量的测定能力验证研究

摘　　要：通过参加“CFAPA-1716蔬菜粉中氯氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯农药残留量的测定”能力验证,加强本实验室对蔬菜中氯氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯的检测能力,从而保障食品安全监督工作的质量。样品按照《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酯类农药多残留的测定》(NY/T 761—2008)第二部分方法二进行处理,通过气相色谱仪测定。样品中氯氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯的|Z|均小于2,表明本实验室对于蔬菜中氯氰菊酯和氯氟氰菊酯农药残留量的测定能力较好。By participating in the ability verification of“Determination of Cypermethrin and Cyhalothrin Pesticide Residues in CFAPA-1716 Vegetable Powder”,this paper strengthens the laboratory’s ability to detect cypermethrin and cyhalothrin in vegetables,so as to ensure the quality of food safety supervision work.The samples were extracted and purified according to the 2st in part 2 method of NY/T 761—2008.The gas chromatography was used for detection.The|Z|of cypermethrin and cyhalothrin in the samples were both less than 2 indicating that the laboratory has good quantitative determination ability for cypermethrin and cyhalothrin pesticides residues in vegetable.
