摘 要:被誉为“冬奥会皇冠上的明珠”的高山滑雪是一项兼备速度以及技巧性的高强度运动。高山滑雪的竞赛过程是由雪地高处向低处俯身滑降,在运动中涉及下肢下蹲支撑、根据移动转换重心、把握平衡的前提下进行加速冲刺等复杂的动作变换。良好的身体素质是按时完成训练目标、取得优异比赛成绩的基础,而合理膳食是巩固运动员体能、保证运动员技能水平、缓解运动员疲惫最基本的要求。由于高山滑雪项目训练的低温环境与其他运动有较大的差异,运动员对于营养物质的需求可能也有所区别。本文基于高山滑雪运动的能量代谢特点,结合各种膳食物质的营养补充作用,提出合理的膳食方案,以提高运动员的训练水平和竞技状态。Known as the“crown jewel of the Winter Olympics”,alpine skiing is a high-intensity sport that combines speed and skill.The competition process of alpine skiing is from the snow high to low down,in the movement involves the lower limbs squatting support,according to the movement to change the centre of gravity,grasp the premise of the balance to accelerate the sprint and other complex action structure changes.Good physical quality is the basis for completing the training objectives on time and achieving excellent competition results,while reasonable diet is the most basic requirement for consolidating athletes’physical fitness,ensuring athletes’skill level and relieving athletes’fatigue.As the low-temperature environment of alpine skiing training is different from that of other sports,the nutritional requirements of athletes may also be different.Based on the characteristics of energy metabolism in alpine skiing,this paper combines the nutritional supplementation of various dietary substances and proposes a reasonable dietary programme to improve the training level and competitive status of athletes.
