摘  要:以河蚬软体部分为原料,以乙醇脱氢酶激活率为指标,采取单因素和正交试验优化95%乙醇提取河蚬活性成分的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶6(g∶mL)、提取时间4 h、提取温度为70℃,该条件下乙醇脱氢酶的激活率为40.00%。Using the soft parts of Corbicula fluminea as raw materials,and taking the alcohol dehydrogenase activation rate as an indicator,single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the process conditions for extracting active ingredients from Corbicula fluminea with 95%ethanol.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶6(g∶mL),an extraction time of 4 h,and an extraction temperature of 70℃.Under these conditions,the activation rate of alcohol dehydrogenase was 40.00%.
