摘 要:新型电力系统是新型能源体系的重要载体,融合了先进的信息技术、电力与控制技术,以源网荷储协同与多能互补为支撑来满足用户的多元负荷需求。设计了一款风光储一体的新型电力系统,包括可再生能源发电中心、储能运行管理中心及负载及控制中心三大部件,以西门子可编程控制器S7-1200作为控制单元,实现储能运行管理中心变流器供电模式的选择及负载工作状态控制,以力控组态软件设计远端监控系统,实现风光荷储网电压、电流等数据与磷酸铁锂电池组及单体电池1~8的电压、电流、温度、SOC及SOH数据监控,经测试,系统整体运行可靠,达到了设计目的。The new power system is an important carrier of the new energy system,which integrates advanced information technology,power and control technology,and meets the diversified load needs of users with the support of wind-light storage coordination and multi-energy complementarity of the source network.The study designs a new type of power system with integrated light and wind storage,which includes three components:renewable energy power generation center,energy storage operation management center,and load and control center.Siemens programmable controller S7-1200 is used as the control unit to select the power supply mode of the converter in the energy storage operation management center and control the load working state.The remote monitoring system is designed with force control configuration software to realize the voltage,current and other data monitoring of the wind charge storage network and the voltage,current,temperature,SOC and SOH data of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack and single battery 1~8.The test shows that the whole system runs reliably and achieves the design purpose.
