摘  要:本文基于两轴式车辆的五自由度模型,以道路损伤系数为评价指标,研究了道路损伤系数的预测模型,分析了部分参数对道路损伤系数的影响。选用中心组合模型CCD设计10因素5水平响应面试验,研究表明车体质量为影响道路损伤系数的重要因素,并在此基础上进一步设计9因素5水平响应面试验,利用Design-Expert软件拟合了道路损伤系数与各因素影响关系方程,建立了一种参数可调的两轴式车辆对道路损伤的预测模型,研究表明两种模型精度较高。以期更便捷有效地估测两轴式车辆的道路友好性。Based on the five-degree-of-freedom model of two-axle vehicle,this paper studies the prediction model of road damage coefficient and analyzes the influence of some parameters on road damage coefficient.A central combination model CCD was used to Design a 10 factor 5 horizontal response surface test,and the quality was determined as an important factor affecting the road damage coefficient.On this basis,the 9 factor 5 horizontal response surface test was further designed,and the relationship equation between the road damage coefficient and each factor was fitted by design-Expert software.A prediction model of road damage for two-axle vehicles with adjustable parameters was established to estimate the road friendliness of two-axle vehicles more conveniently and effectively.
