摘 要:通过某柴油机试验数据建立三维数值燃烧模型,运用AVL-Fire模拟可变下止点式VCR柴油机的缸内燃烧。通过改变下止点来改变压缩比,当活塞行程(压缩比)增大或减小时,缸内空气总量相对应地增大或减小。结果表明:可变下止点式VCR柴油机可以显著提升缸内平均燃烧压力,降低缸内平均燃烧温度,降低NOx与SOOT的排放;在活塞行程为0.082m时燃用纯柴油与活塞行程为0.112m时燃用B20混合燃料相比,缸压峰值能够提升40.52%,NOx可降低41.40%,SOOT可降低81.80%。Based on the experimental data of a diesel engine,a 3D model was established to simulate the in-cylinder combustion of a VCR diesel engine with variable piston stroke by using AVL-Fire.The compression ratio is changed by changing the BDC position.As the piston stroke(compression ratio)increases or decreases,the total amount of air in the cylinder increases or decreases correspondingly.The present calculation results show that VCR diesel engine with variable piston stroke can significantly increase the average combustion pressure in cylinder,reduce the average combustion temperature,and reduce NOx and SOOT emission.The performance of B20 fuel at 0.112m piston stroke is significantly improved compared with that of pure diesel fuel at 0.082m piston stroke,For example,the peak cylinder pressure can be increased by 40.52%,NOx can be decreased by 41.40%,and SOOT can be decreased by 81.80%.
