高职汽车专业双创人才培养模式研究——以广西电力职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文以广西电力职业技术学院汽车专业为例,探索研究“三层交融、四阶递进、四途并举”的高职汽车专业双创人才培养模式,研究表明高职院校汽车专业根据“三层交融、四阶递进、四途并举”开展专业人才培养,学生受益面大,受益程度深,双创人才培养收效显著;教师团队双创能力水平与双创教育质量显著提升。宣传推广示范性、辐射力、引领性强的双创人培理念和模式,为高职院校汽车专业双创人才培养模式提供了示范引领的经验。Taking the automobile major of Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute as an example,this article explores and studies the cultivation mode of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents in the automobile major of higher vocational colleges,which is characterized by"three layers of integration,four steps of progression,and four paths of simultaneous development".The research shows that the automobile major of higher vocational colleges carries out professional talent cultivation based on"three layers of integration,four steps of progression,and four paths of simultaneous development",with a large range of benefits for students,a deep degree of benefits,and significant results in the cultivation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents;The level of entrepreneurship and innovation ability of the teacher team and the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education have significantly improved.Propagandize and promote the innovative and innovative personnel training concepts and models with strong demonstration,radiation,and leadership,providing demonstration and leading experience for the innovative and innovative personnel training model of automotive majors in higher vocational colleges.
