摘 要:目的评估护士对医院急诊科管理新生儿发热循证实践(EBP)的知识、实践和态度。还需要调整、实施和评估发热管理的循证实践。方法对急诊科环境中为新生儿提供护理的护士(48名)都被纳入研究,不分年龄、经验或资格。研究工具包括结构化访谈问卷,以评估研究样本的社会人口学特征以及在干预前后对新生儿发热管理EBP的认识;观察清单,以评估护士在干预前后对新生儿发热管理EBP的做法;以及李克特式评分表,以评估护士在干预前后对新生儿发热管理EBP的态度。结果超过半数的护士具备所需的知识水平,约四分之三的护士能够按照循证护理管理方法处理新生儿发热。在新生儿发热管理的EBP方面,干预前后护士的总知识、总实践和总态度之间存在着统计学上的显著差异(P<0.01)。结论发热护理管理中EBP的应用对干预后护士知识、实践和态度的改善有积极作用。建议提高护士对发热护理管理中EBP的认识。Objective To study the nurses'basic knowledge,practical requirements to evidence-based practice(EBP)on neonatal fever in NICU,and to evaluate the effectiveness of EBP for fever management.Methods A standard controlled experimental design was used.All nurses(48 nurses)who worked in the emergency department of Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University conducted to this study.This study was compared before and after the intervention including a structured interview questionnaire to assess the socio-demographic characteristics of the study sample and their knowledge of evidence-based practice in neonatal fever;an observation checklist to assess nurses'practice of evidence-based practice in the management;a Likert-type scale to assess nurses'attitudes towards evidence-based practice in the management of neonatal fever before and after the intervention.Results More than half of the nurses had the required knowledge and three-quarters of the nurses were competent to manag eneonatal fever according to EBP.There were statistically significant differences before and after the intervention in nurses'basic knowledge,practical requirements and overall attitudes related to EBP in the management of neonatal fever(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of EBP in fever management has positive effect on the improvement of nurses'knowledge,practice and attitudes.
