六味安消胶囊联合普芦卡必利治疗老年功能性便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在为老年功能性便秘(Functional constipation,FC)患者实施治疗的过程中六味安消胶囊联合普芦卡必利的临床应用效果。方法此次实验研究将2022年1月-2023年3月期间于天津市河西区中医医院接受老年FC治疗的患者62例作为实验对象,根据电脑随机分组法实现患者的分组,共将患者分为人数相同的观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=31),观察组患者的治疗药物为六味安消胶囊+普芦卡必利,对照组患者的治疗药物为普芦卡必利。结果治疗前两组患者症状评分、肛门直肠动力学指标、胃动素、胃泌素、P物质以及血管活性肠肽水平均无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后上述指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗效果、停药后2个月复发率均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论在为老年FC患者实施治疗的过程中,六味安消胶囊联合普芦卡必利的应用有助于获得更为理想的治疗效果以及病情的改善,减少了复发情况的出现,可以将其作为一种理想的联合用药方案。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with Plucapride in the treatment of elderly patients with Functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 62 patients who received FC treatment in the hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)with the same number of patients according to computer randomization method.The treatment drug of observation group was Liuwei Anxiao capsule+Plucapride,and the treatment drug of control group was plucapride.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom score,anorectal dynamics index,motilin,gastrin levels,substance P and vasoactive intestinal peptide between two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the above indexes in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect and recurrence rate of 2 months after drug withdrawal in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with FC,the application of Liuwei Anxiao capsule combined with prucapride can contribute to more ideal treatment effect and improvement of disease,and reduce the occurrence of recurrence,so it can be used as an ideal combination drug regimen.
