摘　　要：高校教师每年工作业绩的收集、统计、审核等工作量巨大且琐碎、复杂,需要花费大量的精力来制作维护相关数据表格。项目通过调研分析广西水利电力职业技术学院信息工程系的教师工作业绩考核管理需求,采用Think-PHP+MySQL开发框架,设计开发一个B/S架构的教师工作业绩考核管理系统,实现了教师年度工作业绩的录入、计算、审核、统计分析、汇总、查询等核心需求,使教师工作业绩考核评价实现信息化、智能化管理,使其更加高效、科学、规范。In universities,the workload of collecting,calculating,and reviewing the work performance of teachers every year is enormous,trivial,and complex.It requires a lot of effort to create and maintain a large number of data tables every academic year.The project conducts research and analysis on the performance assessment and management needs of teachers in the Informa-tion Engineering Department of Guangxi Water Resources and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College,this research adopts the ThinkPHP+MySQL development framework to design and develop a B/S structure of teachers′performance assessment management system,which realizes the core requirements of teachers’annual performance entry,calculation,review,statistical analysis,summary,query,etc.,and enables teachers’performance assessment to achieve information and intelligent management,Make it more efficient,scientific,and standardized.
