摘  要:三伺服枕式蔬菜包装机的空包严重影响其工作效率。以娃娃菜自动包装工序为例,探究基于PLC控制的三伺服枕式包装机出现空包的成因以及空包率的影响因子。研究发现,空包出现的主要原因是光电检测单元误测,且被包装物料的间距也会对空包率产生影响。为此,提出在原包装机仅有一组光电检测单元的基础上,再扩充一组光电检测单元,得到两组光电检测信号同步进行与运算的改进方案。试验结果表明:改进后包装机能够有效遏制空包的出现;即使每个检测单元准确率均不高,改进后的空包率仍远低于单光电检测。与传统的空包解决办法相比,虽然改进后的包装机仍无法在运行中清理空包,但是能够通过降低空包的出现数量以提升工作效率。The empty packages of the three-servo pillow vegetable packing machine seriously affects its work efficiency.This paper takes the automatic packaging process of Chinese Cabbage as an example,to explore the causes of empty packages in PLC-controlled three-servo pillow packaging machine and the influence factors of empty package rate.It is found that the main reason for the occurrence of empty packages is the mismeasurement of the photoelectric detection unit.And the spacing of the packaged items will affect the empty package rate also.Therefore,this paper proposes to expand a set of photoelectric detection unit on the basis of the original one,so that,the two groups of photoelectric detection signals perform AND operation at the same time.The test results show that,the improved packaging machine can effectively curb the occurrence of empty packages.Even if the accuracy of each detection unit is not high,the improved empty packet rate is still much lower than that of single photoelectric detection unit.Compared with the traditional empty package solution,although the improved packaging machine still cannot clean empty packages during operation,it can improve work efficiency by reducing the number of empty packages.
