摘　　要：接触辊是宽幅砂光机粗砂和定厚磨削的核心部件。工作中的接触辊受负荷作用,会产生挠度变形,造成板材产生的磨削压力分布不均匀,直接影响砂光厚度的精度。研究分析了接触辊挠度变形的特性,以及挠度对人造板砂光厚度精度的影响,介绍了提高接触辊刚性和降低挠度影响的措施。The contact roller is the core component of the wide-belt sanding machine for coarse sand and constant thickness grinding.The contact roller in work is subjected to load,which can cause deflection deformation and uneven distribution of grinding pressure on the board,directly affecting the accuracy of sanding thickness.This article studies and analyzes the characteristics of contact roller deflection deformation,as well as the impact of deflection on the accuracy of artificial board sanding thickness.Introduced measures to improve the rigidity of contact rollers and reduce the impact of deflection.
