摘 要:无卡轴旋切机作为原木加工机械中最基础的设备,主要用来对原木进行第一道工序的加工。由于目前森林资源的枯竭,小径木的大量使用要求无卡轴旋切机有更高的精度以保证旋切单板的质量。对无卡轴旋切机的工作后角及刀尖的旋切轨迹进行研究,对装刀高度、工作后角等参数进行理论计算,通过MATLAB软件得出相关的变化曲线并拟合出多项式方程,最后将结果代回SolidWorks软件完善无卡轴旋切机结构的设计。Log-core veneer lathe as the most basic equipment in log processing machinery,mainly used for the first process of log processing.Due to the depletion of forest resources,a large number of small path wood requires higher precision of log-core veneer lathe to ensure the quality of rotary cutting veneer.In this paper,the working orthogonal clearance of the log-core veneer lathe and the rotary-cutting locus of the tool tip were studied,the parameters of the loading height and the working orthogonal clearance were calculated theoretically,and the relevant change curve was obtained by MATLAB software and the polynomial equation was fitted.Finally,the results were fed back to SolidWorks software to improve the structure design of t the working orthogonal clearance.
