摘 要:基于“四螺旋理论”,系统构建了“多方协同、理实一体、三维联动”的应用型人才培养模式。校企研等多方协同共研项目、共创平台、共享资源等优化教学资源配置,通过“引前沿、活方法、重实践”等创新教学方法与手段,构建“突出应用、强化实践”的人才培养新体系;理实一体指理论教学与实践实训“五融合”推进,搭建“一结合、两平台、三层次”的实践教学体系;三维联动指课堂—项目—竞赛互嵌互融,以赛(项目)促教、以赛(项目)促学,将项目、竞赛融入课堂,嵌入教学,保持教学内容的前沿性,提升学生创新创业能力。Based on the four-helix theory,we systematically constructed an application-oriented talent training model of multi-party collaboration,integration of theory and practice,and three-dimensional interconnection.The subjects of multi-party collaboration include school,enterprises,research institutes,who jointly carry out research,create platforms,and share resources to optimize the allocation of teaching resources,as well as build a new talent training system focused on application and practice with innovative teaching methods and means.The integration of theory and practice refers to the promotion of five aspects of theoretical teaching and practical training,and the construction of a practical teaching system of"one combination,two platforms,and three levels".The three-dimensional interconnection means the integration of class teaching,projects and competitions with the aim to promote teaching and learning with competitions(or projects),so as to improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
