摘　　要：随着大数据时代的发展及智慧健康养老产业的持续推行,以电子健康(electronic health,eHealth)为核心的智慧养老服务是社会发展的必然趋势。文章基于eHealth的概念,从可穿戴跌倒检测设备、基于智能手机的跌倒检测系统以及运动游戏等方面综述了eHealth在老年人跌倒检测以及跌倒预防中的研究进展,以期为构建预防老年人跌倒的移动化、智能化新策略提供参考。With the development of the big data era and the continuous implementation of the smart health elderly care industry,electronic health(eHealth)-centered smart elderly care services is an inevitable trend in social development.Based on the connotation of eHealth,this article reviews the application of eHealth in fall detection systems for the elderly from wearable fall detection devices,and smart phone-based fall detection systems,as well as video games.It is expected to provide references exploring new mobile and intelligent strategies for preventing elderly falls.
