摘 要:为研究饲粮添加不同发酵原料对817肉鸡生长性能、肠道健康及屠宰性能的影响,试验选择1日龄817肉鸡1092只,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组7个重复。处理1饲喂基础饲粮(CON组),处理2为在基础饲粮配方中添加2%湿基发酵麸皮(T1组),处理3为在基础饲粮配方中用3%湿基发酵豆粕等量替代3%豆粕(T2组)。结果表明:与对照组相比,湿基发酵麸皮处理组出栏重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均差异不显著(P>0.05),而湿基发酵豆粕处理组肉鸡的出栏体重、平均日增重和育肥指数分别提高了0.82%、0.77%和1.49%,料重比降低了0.47%(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加湿基发酵麸皮或豆粕对肉鸡屠宰性能和肠道损伤评分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。在增重饲料成本方面,与对照组相比,湿基发酵麸皮组最低,降低了0.08元/kg,湿基发酵豆粕组次之,降低了0.07元/kg。综上所述,饲粮中添加湿基发酵麸皮或豆粕对817肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道健康无不良影响,但可降低养殖成本、提高经济效益。The aim of this study was to assess the impact of various fermented feeds on the growth performance,intestinal health,and slaughter performance of 817 broilers.10921-day-old 817 broilers were randomly divided into three groups,including the group CON(fed with basic diet),group T1(supplementing with 2% wet-based fermented bran on the basic diet),and group T2(3% soybean meal was replaced with wet-based fermented soybean meal in the basal diet).The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)between three groups at 1~44 days(P>0.05).The body weight(BW),ADG,fattening index in group T2 was increased by 0.82%,0.77%,1.49%,and FCR was decreased by 0.47% compared with conrol group(P>0.05).The addition of different fermented feed in the diet had no significant effect on the intestinal lesion score of 817 broilers(P>0.05).In terms of weight gain feed cost,compared with the control group,group T1 was the lowest,reduced by 0.08 yuan/kg,followed by the group T2,reduced by 0.07 yuan/kg.In conclusion,the addition of fermented bran or soybean meal in diet had no adverse effects on the growth performance,slaughter performance and intestinal health of broilers,but it could reduce the breeding cost and improve the economic benefit.
