摘  要:在“提效减量、开源节粮”的背景下,采用精准饲粮配方配合酶制剂进行安全高效饲料化应用,已获得饲料、畜牧行业广泛的认可。酶制剂在助消化、促生长、保健康的同时,还能减少粪污氮、磷排放,减轻污染治理成本,具有十分广阔的应用前景。目前行业应用的饲用酶有20多种,相比于使用单酶,添加特定的饲用复合酶更贴合饲粮配方情况,能更全面的满足畜禽的生产需求。本文主要综述了畜禽饲粮添加复合酶的必要性及其作用机理,以及国内外对不同类型畜禽饲粮复合酶的应用研究现状。In the context of“improving efficiency,reducing quantity,and saving food”.Add enzyme preparations to dietary formula for safe and effective feed administration has been extensively acknowledged by the feed and livestock industries.Dietary enzyme supplementation can increase nutrients utilization,promote product performance and maintain health,while also reducing manure nitrogen and phosphorus emissions and reducing the cost of pollution control,which has a very broad application prospect.There are more than 20 varieties of enzymes used in the industry,and dietary multi-enzyme is more appropriate to the ration formulation than the use of single enzyme,and more comprehensively meet the production needs of livestock and poultry.This paper mainly reviewed the necessity of adding multi-enzyme to livestock and poultry rations and the mechanism of action,and some domestic and foreign application study progress.
