豆渣的饲料化利用及其对养殖经济效益的影响

摘　　要：豆渣是大豆加工后的副产品,营养价值高,除了富含蛋白质、膳食纤维和矿物质等多种营养成分外,还含有大豆异黄酮和大豆多糖等多种活性物质。豆渣可直接应用于畜禽养殖,也可以经微生物发酵以及菌酶协同发酵改善品质,降解豆渣饲料中抗营养因子,提升豆渣饲料营养价值及其营养成分的利用率。发酵豆渣可促进畜禽的生长发育,提高畜禽的生产性能,改善抗氧化能力,提高机体的抵抗力。文章在介绍豆渣营养成分的基础上,探讨了豆渣饲料化应用及其在畜禽养殖中的应用,以期为豆渣在养殖业中的进一步推广与应用提供参考。Soybean dregs are a by-product of soybean processing,with high nutritional value.In addition to various nutrients such as protein,dietary fiber and minerals,they also contain many active substances,such as soybean isoflavones and soybean polysaccharides.Soybean dregs can be directly used in livestock and poultry breeding,and can also be improved by microbial fermentation and cooperative fermentation of bacterial enzymes to degrade anti-nutritional factors in soybean dregs feed,and improve the nutritional value of soybean dregs feed and the utilization rate of nutrient components.Fermented soybean dregs can promote the growth and development of livestock and poultry,improve the production performance of livestock and poultry,improve the antioxidant capacity and improve the body resistance.On the basis of introducing the nutrient composition of soybean dregs,the application of soybean dregs in feed and its application in livestock and poultry breeding were discussed in the paper,in order to provide reference for the further popularization and applying of soybean dregs in breeding.
