摘 要:智能钻井相比传统钻机在系统组成上具有显著进步,但整体水平仍有待提升。通过传统钻机系统组成介绍及智能钻机研发进展分析,对比智能钻机与传统钻机在八大系统组成中的具体改进之处,阐明了智能钻机不同系统及整体的发展方向。分析结果表明:起升系统、旋转系统(尤其是井下部分)、控制系统、井控系统、传动系统是钻机智能化、信息化改造的重点,钻机信息化、作业标准化、系统集成创新、运转高效化等方面需继续推进研发;基于功能裁剪方法,提出了侧重基础功能与结构简化的未来连续管智能钻机方案。分析结论可为智能钻机集成化发展与提高钻井效率提供创新思路。Compared with traditional rig,the intelligent rig has made significant progress in system composition,but the overall level still needs to be improved.By means of introducing the system composition of traditional rig and analyzing the research and development progress of intelligent rig,the specific improvements of intelligent rig in eight major system compositions were pointed out,and the development directions of different systems and overall structure of the intelligent rig were clarified.The analysis results show that the hoisting system,rotating system(especially downhole part),control system,well control system and transmission system are the key points for the intelligent and information transformation of the rig,and further research and development needs to be carried out around rig informatization,operation standardization,system integration and innovation,and efficient operation.Moreover,based on the function cropping method,a future intelligent coiled tubing rig scheme with a focus on basic function and structural simplification was proposed.The analysis conclusions provide innovative ideas for the integrated and innovative development of intelligent rig and the improvement of drilling efficiency.
