摘  要:为更好地了解青岛市农业高质量发展状况,构建了青岛市农业高质量发展评价指标体系,并利用熵权TOPSIS法进行综合评价。结果发现:2015—2017年,青岛市农业高质量发展水平呈下降趋势,2017—2021年则呈现稳步升高趋势;除协调理念准则层的评价值较低外,其他准则层整体呈波动上升趋势。利用障碍度模型分析阻碍青岛市农业高质量发展的主要因素,发现近几年青岛市农业高质量发展的障碍因子逐渐聚集,协调理念、绿色理念准则层是主要影响因素。In order to better understand high-quality development status of agriculture in Qingdao,an evaluation index system was set up,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that:the high-quality agriculture in Qingdao exhibited a downward trend from 2015 to 2017,but a steady upward trend from 2017 to 2021.Except the coordination concept criterion layer with a lower evaluation value,all criterion layers saw a fluctuating upward trend as a whole.The obstacle degree model was adopted to analyze the main factors hindering high-quality development of agriculture in Qingdao,and it was found that the obstacle factors gradually gathered in recent years,with criterion layers of coordination and green concepts becoming the main influencing factors.
