摘　　要：目的了解大学生对牙线的知信行,为大学生口腔健康知识宣教提供科学依据。方法2021年12月采用整群抽样方法抽取江苏某高校1234名本科生,参照第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告,设计调查问卷,包括一般情况、口腔卫生的知识和行动、牙线知识、观念和行动三个方面,进行横断面调查。结果大学生牙线使用率仅为17.7%(218/1234),仅15.6%(193/1234)的大学生对牙线认知情况良好。189人(86.7%)使用牙线的目的是剔除食物残留,54人(24.8%)防牙结石,39人(17.9%)防龋齿,25人(11.5%)防牙周炎。不使用牙线的原因中,469人(46.2%)因为烦琐,335人(33.0%)不知道牙线,284人(28.0%)认为使用牙线会使牙缝变宽,121人(11.9%)认为使用牙线会导致牙龈出血,57人(5.6%)认为使用牙线对牙齿有害。结论大学生群体对牙线的认知存在普遍不足,建议加强大学生口腔健康教育。Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of college students on dental floss,so as to provide scientific evidence for the health knowledge education of dental floss among college students.Methods In December 2021,1234 undergraduate students from a university in Jiangsu Province were selected by cluster sampling,and a cross-sectional survey was carried out with reference to the fourth national oral health epidemiological survey report,and a questionnaire was designed including three aspects:personal characteristics,oral hygiene knowledge and action,dental floss knowledge,attitude and practice.Results The dental floss utilization rate was only 17.7%(218/1234),and15.6%(193/1234)of the college students had good dental floss cognition.189(86.7%)used dental floss to remove food residues,54(24.8%)to prevent dental calculus,39(17.9%)to prevent dental caries,and 25(11.5%)to prevent periodontitis.Among the reasons for not using dental floss,469(46.2%)considered it too complex,335(33.0%)did not know dental flossing,284(28.0%)thought that flossing would widen the gap between teeth,121(11.9%)thought that flossing would cause bleeding,and 57(5.6%)thought that flossing was harmful to teeth.Conclusion There is a general lack of awareness of dental floss among college students,and it is recommended to strengthen oral health education among college students.
