摘 要:目的构建护理本科生专业认同提升策略,为提高护理本科生专业认同提供实践依据。方法基于拉斯韦尔模式理论框架,以首批国家级一流本科专业建设点安徽省某高校为例构建护理本科生专业认同的提升策略。结果本研究对应拉斯韦尔模式理论的“传者”“信息”“传播途径”“受者”“效果”五因素分析提升策略构建的运行机理,其中重点阐述“信息”“传播途径”“效果”三因素,构建科学的护理本科生专业认同提升策略。结论高校应结合本校办学定位和专业特色,在明确教学目标的基础上,积极发挥“传者”的作用,优化教学方法传播多效整合的教育内容,全面落实“以本为本、四个回归”,以达到提升专业认同感的教学效果。Objective To construct a strategy for improving the professional identity of nursing undergraduates,so as to provide practical evidence for improving the professional identity of nursing undergraduates.Methods Based on the theoretical framework of the Lasswell model,a promotion strategy for the professional identity of nursing undergraduates was constructed by taking a university in Anhui Province,one of the first national first-class undergraduate majors,as an example.Results This study corresponded to the operation mechanism of the construction of the improvement strategy of the fivefactor analysis of“transmitter”“information”“transmission path”“recipient”and“effect”of the Lasswell model theory,and focused on the three factors of“information”“transmission path”and“effect”,and constructed a scientific professional identity enhancement strategy for nursing undergraduates.Conclusion Colleges and universities should combine the schoolrunning orientation and professional characteristics of the university,on the basis of clarifying the teaching objectives,actively playing the role of“transmitter”,optimizing the teaching method to disseminate the multi-effect integrated educational content,and fully implementing the“fundamental-oriented,four returns”to achieve the teaching effect of enhancing professional identity.
