摘  要:仔猪阶段对于整个生猪养殖过程十分关键,然而仔猪肠道免疫系统发育还未完善,肠道微生物区系尚不稳定,易发生疾病。猪饲粮脂肪酸可以调节肠道脂质代谢、增强黏膜屏障和免疫功能以及改善肠道微生物区系组成。本文对仔猪肠道微生物与脂质代谢-免疫应答网络之间的关系进行了综述,并总结了饲粮添加脂肪酸对断奶仔猪肠道免疫反应、微生物区系组成和脂质代谢的影响和作用机制,旨在为应用脂肪酸改善仔猪肠道健康提供参考。The piglet period is crucial to the whole pig breeding process.However,the development of intestinal immune system of piglets isn’t fully development,and the intestinal microflora isn’t stable,which is prone to disease.Dietary fatty acids can regulate intestinal lipid metabolism,enhance mucosal barrier and immune function,and improve intestinal microflora composition of pigs.In this paper,the relationship between microorganisms and intestinal lipid metabolism-immune response network of piglets is reviewed,and the effects as well as mechanisms of dietary fatty acids on intestinal immune response,microflora composition and lipid metabolism of weaned piglets are summarized.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for improving intestinal health of piglets with dietary fatty acids.
