摘  要:油茶粕是油茶籽提油之后的副产物,具有产量大、价格低廉,富含蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪等常规营养成分,同时含有多种功能性成分的特点,可作为一种优质的非常规饲料原料。然而,油茶粕中茶皂素、粗纤维含量较高,特别是高含量的茶皂素除了会产生抗营养作用外,还会对动物产生溶血作用,这严重限制了油茶粕的饲料化利用。采用物理、化学和生物等各种方法来降解油茶粕中的茶皂素,不仅有助于推进其饲料化利用,还可节约常规饲料资源,降低生产成本,缓解我国饲料资源紧缺的压力。因此,本文就油茶粕的营养特点和成分组成、脱毒工艺以及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为油茶粕的饲料化利用提供参考。Camellia oleifera meal is a by-product of Camellia oleifera seed oil extraction,which has the characteristics of large yield,low price,rich in protein,carbohydrate and fat,and contains a variety of functional components,and can be used as a high-quality unconventional feed material.However,the high content of tea saponin and crude fiber in Camellia oleifera meal,especially the high content of tea saponin will not only produce anti-nutrition,but also produce hemolytic effect on animals,which seriously limits the feed utilization of Camellia oleifera meal.The use of physical,chemical and biological methods to degrade tea saponin in Camellia oleifera meal is not only helpful to promote its feed utilization,but also can save conventional feed resources,reduce production costs and relieve the pressure of feed resource shortage in China.Therefore,the nutritional characteristics,composition,detoxification technology and application of Camellia oleifera meal in animal production were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for feed utilization of Camellia oleifera meal.
