摘 要:测定艾曲泊帕乙醇胺的波谱学特征,确定其化学结构。通过红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、高分辨质谱(HRMS)、核磁共振谱(NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)技术对艾曲泊帕乙醇胺进行结构分析。对IR、UV、HRMS、NMR检测结果进行解析和归属,确定样品的化学结构;通过DSC、PXRD的检测结果分析,确定样品为晶型I。综合运用多种谱学方法确证艾曲泊帕乙醇胺的结构,为其质量研究和结构鉴定提供参考依据。The spectroscopic characteristics of etopoethanolamine were determined and its chemical structure was determined.The structure of etopoethanolamine was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(IR),ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and powder x-ray diffraction(PXRD).The chemical structure of the sample was determined by analyzing and assigning the test results of IR,UV,HRMS and NMR,and the crystal form crystal form I was determined by the analysis of DSC and PXRD test results.A variety of spectroscopic methods were used to confirm the structure of etopoethanolamine in order to provide reference basis for its quality research and structure identification.
