摘　　要：AGV自动导引小车是指一种特殊运输小车,其结构上安装的有光学或电磁导引系统,并沿轨迹行驶。其起初应用于物料搬运行业,随着AGV技术的成熟,逐渐在其他行业兴起,极大程度节约劳动力,节约成本,实现智能化。该设计通过对AGV小车的基本组成以及工作原理的分析对整机进行把握,设计总体方案,确定驱动方式,使用差速转向达到结构的简单化,对小车机械部分进行设计并建模,控制系统采用单片机进行控制,利用其实际性能参数进行设计。通过直观的数据进行运动分析,验算设计结构的各种参数,来完成AGV自动小车设计。AGV automatic guidance car is a kind of special transport car,which is equipped with optical or electromagnetic guidance system and runs along the track.It was initially used in the material handling industry,with the maturity of AGV technology,gradually rising in other industries,greatly saving labor,saving costs,and realizing intelligence.The design grasps the whole machine through the analysis of the basic composition and working principle of the AGV car,designs the overall scheme,determines the driving mode,uses the differential steering to achieve the simplification of the structure,designs and models the mechanical part of the car,and uses the single-chip microcomputer to control the control system,using its actual performance parameters to design.Through the intuitive data for motion analysis,the study checks the various parameters of the design structure,so as to complete the design of AGV automatic car.
