摘　　要：科技人才元数据标准是科技人才信息资源组织、描述、管理、长期保存和使用的基础,是实现各类科技人才信息系统数据库之间数据共建共享的重要前提。没有标准化的分类描述处理方式,会给科技人才管理以及数据协同带来极大不便,该文将科技人才元数据从业务角度分为基础元数据、核心元数据、扩展元数据三大类,从应用角度对科技人才元数据作出技术上的分类描述,以此开展科技人才元数据研究,并在信息系统中进行实例应用。该研究提出科技人才业务分类和元数据应用描述规范,实现科技人才元数据准确、便捷的填报、维护和应用,为科技人才元数据管理提供参考。The standard of metadata of scientific and technological talents is the basis for the organization,description,management,long-term preservation and use of scientific and technological talents information resources,as well as an important prerequisite for the realization of data co-construction and sharing among various scientific and technological talents information system databases.There is no standardized classification and description processing method,which will bring great inconvenience to the management of scientific and technological talents and data collaboration.This paper divides the metadata of scientific and technological talents into three categories from the business perspective:basic metadata,core metadata and extended metadata,and makes a technical classification description of the metadata of scientific and technological talents from the perspective of application,so as to carry out the research on the metadata of scientific and technological talents.And it is applied in the information system.This study puts forward the business classification and metadata application description specification of scientific and technological talents,so as to achieve accurate and convenient filling,maintenance and application of scientific and technological talents metadata,and provide references for metadata management of scientific and technology talents.
