摘　　要：智能手机越来越被人们所青睐,低头行为已成为青少年群体中的普遍现象。文章回顾了青少年低头行为的测量,从补偿性互联网使用理论、病理性互联认知模型和自我决定理论视角分析了青少年低头行为的形成机制,并基于问卷数据分析,从家庭、社会和个性等方面探讨了青少年低头行为的影响因素,提出预防青少年低头行为的教育对策。Smartphones are becoming increasingly popular and phubbing has become a common phenomenon among the adolescent.This article reviews the measurement of adolescent phubbing,analyses the formation mechanism of adolescent phubbing from the perspectives of compensatory Internet use theory,cognitive behavioral model of pathological Internet use and self-determination theory,and discusses the influencing factors of adolescent phubbing in terms of family,society and personality based on the analysis of questionnaire data,and proposes educational countermeasures to prevent adolescent phubbing.
