摘　　要：随着新工科建设的不断深化,构建新工科背景下的人才培养体系、培养适应环保产业的人才,是环境工程专业的主要任务。环保产业需要具有污染控制技术与管理的“文武双全”的应用型人才。基于此,嘉兴学院环境工程专业人才培养从更新教学内容、改革教学方式、深化实践实习、融合学科竞赛、推进校企合作等方面着手,力求培养出具有实践能力、创新能力和跨界整合能力的高素质人才,全面提升人才培养质量。With the continuous deepening of the construction of new engineering,it is the main task of the environmental engineering major to build a talent training system under the background of new engineering and cultivate talents suitable for the environmental protection industry.The environmental protection industry needs applied talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in pollution control technology and management.Based on this,in talent training,the environmental engineering major of Jiaxing University updates teaching content,reform teaching methods,deepens practical training,integrating discipline competitions,and promoting school-enterprise cooperation,striving to cultivate high-quality talents with practical ability,innovation ability and cross-border integration ability,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
