药物化学课程思政教学案例设计——以盐酸安妥沙星研发为例

摘　　要：为落实立德树人根本任务,培养德才兼备的药学技能型人才,将药物化学课程中“我国自主创新药——盐酸安妥沙星的研发史”设计为课程思政教学案例,通过案例设计、问题导向、讨论等多情景教学,激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生民族自信,培养学生的科学探索精神和创新意识,充分发挥课程教学与思政教育的协同作用。To implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and cultivate pharmaceutical skilled talents with both ability and political integrity,“the research and development history of China’s independent innovative drug—Antofloxacin Hydrochloride”in the course of Medicinal Chemistry is designed to be an ideological and political teaching case.Through case design,problem orientation,discussion and other multisituation teaching,it is helpful to stimulate students’interest in learning,enhance students’national selfconfidence,cultivate students’scientific exploration spirit and innovative consciousness,and give full play to the synergistic effect of course teaching and ideological and political education.
